Hi HOBY!
Many areas are staying involved in HOBY by holding their own area CLEWs. But, some areas are inexperienced with planning a CLEW and cannot get ahold of the official CLEW manual.
This website explains what a CLEW is and contains the official CLEW manual so everyone will have a better understanding in planning their CLEW. I hope to one day have a section that has each area explain how the planning process of their CLEW is coming along. We can only learn off of each other.
